Welcome to
the online home of Westcroft Gardens on Grosse Ile, Michigan!
We are the oldest family owned and operated farm in the state,
currently run by the 7th generation of Macomb descendants.
Westcroft Gardens is a plant nursery, specializing in azaleas and
rhododendrons. We grow our own shrubs,
perennials,
annuals
and wildflowers. We also offer trees,
herbs and vegetable plants. Westcroft has a beautiful four
acre botanical
garden open to the public year round that boasts the many
varieties of azaleas and rhododendrons, including hybrids created here
at Westcroft by former owner Ernest Stanton. The gardens are
also available for wedding
and event rentals. The Westcroft land also provides
an additional 13 acres of woods that are decorated for Halloween
Hayrides.
